eLearning Developer Job

Certa ProPainters, Ltd. is looking for an eLearning Developer (Independent Contractor) to help migrate existing Storyline courses to Rise, and development new Rise courses based on business needs. This is an 8 month contract and the eLearning Developer would be reporting to the AVP, Digital Learning (L&D).

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers, stakeholders, and SMEs to develop SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) eLearning courses in Articulate Rise, creating and editing images and audio as needed.
• Edit videos in Camtasia, Premiere Pro, or similar tool.
• Create explainer videos in Sparkol, Powtoon, Vyond, or similar tool.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years experience creating eLearning courses in Storyline and/or Rise.
• Experience creating explainer videos in Sparkol, Powtoon, Vyond, or similar tool.
• Experience editing videos in Camtasia, Premiere Pro, or similar tool.
• Experience sourcing graphics and editing images in Photoshop or similar tool.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Highly-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location and Travel:

• This position can be remotely based and no travel is required.

Compensation:

• $70-80/hr, 30-40 hrs/week

Contract Duration:

• 8 months
