    This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all training requests and successful maintenance of the Training System for GMP impacted areas. This position works with Department Managers to maintain current and accurate training curriculum(s) and assignments for GMP employees. This position will provide technical support to the business as required for use of the Learning Management System. The specialist assists in determining training solutions that adhere to the Site Training program. Must have the ability to communicate information across all employee levels. This position reports to the Manager, eLearning Operations.

    This role supports S12 operations and is a member of the Quality Assurance Organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must be action-oriented and customer-focused and skilled in decision-making, building relationships, problem solving, conflict management, planning and organizing, resource allocation, coaching others, and analytical thinking.
    • Conduct data verification for training entries made within the Learning Management System, COMPLIANCEWIRE.
    • Assist with the maintenance and filing of the completed and verified training records.
    • Process training assignments, curricula assignments, and run training completion reports within the Learning Management System, COMPLIANCEWIRE, to support the close-out of tickets made to the training team.
    • Track and follow-up on tickets submitted to the Quality Training Team regarding training completions and assignments.
    • Maintain a tracking tool for tickets and status of each ticket to ensure proper close out.
    • Follow-up with Global System owners to ensure that the end users are receiving access to the global Quality systems.
    • Manage day-to-day LMS administration tasks timely.
    • Perform other functions (for example projects) as assigned.
    • Perform database administration tasks – support maintenance and relevant application information.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
    • 3 or more years of relevant systems experience in a regulated industry required, preferably in Life Sciences.
    • Learning Management System (LMS) background preferred.
