A Brief Overview
The Sr Sales Training Specialist will support the management and delivery of training and sales enablement solutions across all commercial sales through instructor-led and digital learning formats to help drive sales effectiveness and organizational goals.
What you will do
Manages program logistics and key elements of all sales enablement and training programs in collaboration with Sales Training Management and team
Provides onboarding and new hire sales training pathway execution
Manages LMS and sales enablement tools; features and performance effectiveness
Supports daily sales training records to meet compliance requirements
Supports sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods
Provides consultative support and training to Sales Representatives on processes and best practices to improve performance and drive effectiveness
Leads strategic and tactical project management initiatives in support of commercial organization by developing and executing new processes, tools/technologies, and reporting to support business goals and objectives
Manages content development projects; collaborate and support Sales Training management and content developer vendors.
Assists with RFP (Request for Proposal) and contracting management for all sales training and enablement programs
Assesses, Designs, Delivers, Implements and Evaluates product, sales, systems and process training for new and existing sales professionals, including in-person and virtual classrooms, eLearning, digital assessments, videos, microlearning and digital resources
Partners closely with Sales Training Team, Product Marketing, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders to understand needs, discover challenges, and propose solutions to increase knowledge of the team and help reach sales goals
Supports product launches and product enhancements by partnering with product and other business subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content that enables the sales teams to understand and sell our solutions

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Communications, Business, Training and Development, Education, or similar required
Experience Qualifications
5+ Years in Sales Effectiveness, Sales Training or Marketing required
2+ Years in Adult Learning preferred
Diagnostics experience preferred
Training and Skills
Excellent content and project management skills; detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills; required
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com; preferred
Working knowledge of LMS systems; i.e. SCHOOX, Brainshark, or other; required
