Senior Curriculum Developer job at Procore Technologies

We’re looking for a Senior Curriculum Developer to join Procore’s Customer Education Team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, edit and modify online content that is purpose-built for successfully onboarding and enabling Procore’s global customers.

As a Senior Curriculum Developer, you’ll partner with company stakeholders at all levels, subject matter experts, and the digital adoption team to build task-based enablement assets as well as a larger role-based curriculum designed for user onboarding, enablement and product adoption, including but not limited to short videos, animated assets as well as short form documentation. Use your content development, instructional design and eLearning expertise to ensure that our content provides a best-in-class and measurably impactful experience. This position reports into the Senior Manager of Customer Education and will be based remotely or in one of our regional offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Define requirements and objectives for online enablement and learning content
• Build and execute content development project plans and tasks
• Build documentation and learning content to support a larger onboarding initiative
• Edit, revise, and update existing content assets to be onboarding focused
• Develop enablement and education content, including user support materials, task-based high-impact digital content, and longer-form eLearning for role-based curriculum and certifications
• Contribute to the development of an innovative and best-in-class learning strategy

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development
• 5+ years working with instructional design best practices
• Experience developing product adoption and enablement content
• Experience with in-app content development for platforms such as Pendo, Walkme, Whatfix, Userlane or similar DAP software packages
• Thought leadership and experience innovating education content

Base Pay Range $88,000-$121,000. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
