    We are seeking an LMS Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting the project content development and training teams by managing and monitoring the Learning Management System(s) (LMS). This position requires working closely with a team of developers to design and deliver virtual interactive webinars, web-based training, and in-person training to both external Social Services agencies and internal state staff. The primary goal is to ensure the appropriate and timely functionality of the LMS in various areas, including registration, notification, administration of training, operations, assessment, reporting, and resource management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and monitor the LMS, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to support training initiatives.
    • Occasionally participate in the development of training content to meet deadlines and align it with LMS functionality.
    • Partner globally with various Business Administrators, Analysts, and Developers to facilitate an efficient process and successful outcomes for training initiatives.
    • Deliver training materials and content to both external Social Services agencies and internal state staff to ensure they receive the necessary training.
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of training materials and content delivered through the LMS.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar content management systems.
    • 7+ years of expertise in eLearning design theories and standards, including SCORM, AICC, etc.
    • 7+ years of experience in developing instructional training materials with interactions and simulations for engaging course content.
    • 7+ years of experience in computer-based training instructional design, including familiarity with learning program design systems.
    • 7+ years of collaboration experience with training developers, program subject matter experts (SMEs), technical support, and other stakeholders to ensure training materials’ effectiveness.
    • 7+ years of experience in computer-based training instructional design using learning design software like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, and Visio.
    • Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology, including User Experience (UX) design and digital media authoring.
    • Experience with Agile methodology and proficiency in project management software tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and/or MS Project.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major emphasis on coursework in business or public administration or related field.
    • Four years of administrative experience involving participation in the planning and management of business or governmental programs.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
