What you will do:
- Develop new and revise current curriculum for eLearning and Instructor-Led Training.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement Team & Subject Matter experts to develop individual courses and large-scale blended learning curriculum (Formal – Social – Experiential).
- Utilize development software to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce interactive, engaging content that drives Learning/Performance Objectives for the business.
- Possible content includes eLearning courses, training activities, coaching guides, videos, podcasts, virtual/live instructor lead workshops, and AI adapted learning.
- Use creative mindset to find new and different ways to develop and deliver training content. Review, update, and maintain training content to support the needs of the business.
- Stay up to date on instructional design trends and technologies.
- Support facilitation of training solutions with guidance from senior members of Sales Enablement team.
- Participate in in-field training sessions to evaluate program launches.
- Create, analyze, and support existing measurement strategies for key learning programs to evaluate program impact.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, adult education, technical education and industry training, or related fields or unrelated bachelor’s degree with equivalent work experience in these fields.
- Knowledge of instructional design models, trends, and concepts commonly used in corporate development.
- 2-4 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing interactive instructor-led and eLearning modules.
- 3+ years of experience developing content using design software such as Articulate 360, Adobe, Vyond, and Camtasia.
- 2+ years of AI learning software integration desired.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- 2+ years of experience in facilitation in a corporate setting.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
- Proven proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player.
