    As an Instructional System Designer (ISD) for the Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) Courseware and Training Center of Excellence (COE), you will apply the ADDIE process and Agile principles to create and sustain advanced technology high-IMI level courseware and training. You will work to ensure all requirements and objectives are met with the provided training products. Finally, you will provide strong ISD expertise to our Augmented/Virtual Reality software engineers to ensure all advanced technology training is of the highest fidelity and quality.
    Basic Qualifications:

    • An active Secret Clearance, with the ability to gain a Top Secret Clearance if necessary.
    • Extensive ISD experience, especially supporting AR/VR tools and products
    • Excellent writing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate with engineers, multimedia specialists, technical writers, and subject matter experts
    • Experience reading and creating training on technical data
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and several Learning Content Management Systems
    • Experience applying writing, editing, and proofreading skills to training products
    • Agile development experience in a courseware setting
    • Experience using a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) as a developer.
    • Experience using TEAMS and JIRA
    • Experience with Multi-Media Design Architecture and eLearning standards, including Interactivity Levels 2, 3, and 4, SCORM, and Web environments

    Desired Skills:

    • A Master’s degree in a related field
    • DominKnow experience
    • Unity Experience
    • Proven experience working with AR/VR training
    • Extensive experience producing high-fidelity DoD courseware in a classified environment

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
    Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
