Manage user experience across the LXP.
-
Subject matter expert in Cornerstone LMS and LXP, providing ongoing support and proactive learning opportunities for LMS administrators across State agencies.

Collaborates with Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Cornerstone ON DEMAND support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
-
Oversees the compliance modules in the LXP, launching and creating reports and dashboards for agency visibility.
-
Performs data management within the LXP by determining correct permissions for agency LMS administrators that are on the LXP.
-
Provides support to LXP super admins (Labor Relations, CSEAP, Equity, Total Rewards) through consultation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tech Guides, and other resources as needed.

Oversees Center for Organizational Effectiveness (COE) Inbox to create a better customer experience for the LXP.
A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage Learner Experience Platform
The LXP Learning & Development Staff Authority manages DPA’s LXP. This will be responsible for implementing the LXP across the state. This will be done in collaboration with a variety of key stakeholders, such as OIT and Cornerstone ON DEMAND. This position will collaborate with the DPA Communications team as well as COE to provide a comprehensive Change Management Plan, to include a Communication plan to support the new technology. This position establishes goals that ensure the system is being utilized to its full potential. This position establishes LXP procedures, expectations, and standards and monitors the overall performance of the LXP and super administrators with DPA. This position manages data, pulls reports, assigns courses, monitors compliance, provides troubleshooting guidance, and develops all standard work practices and training for the System. This position is highly customer service focused, as they are the primary subject matter expert for employees and administrators using the LXP. This position prepares presentations and reports, improves processes based on best practices in the field, and gathers and analyzes information relevant to the LXP. This position tracks employee training records; produces specific ongoing and ad-hoc reports for leadership across the organization; enters data; and tracks course completion.
Training Evaluation and Facilitation:
This position delivers training related to the LXP to include a comprehensive user and administrator training program. In addition, this position develops and facilitates professional development and leadership trainings. Liaises with Subject Matter Experts regarding instructional design to identify skills or knowledge gaps. Uses a variety of instructional techniques, including lecture, webinars, role-plays, videos, and case studies. Recommends development of training format and content to supervisor and/or client for approval and then makes independent decisions regarding modalities for content delivery. Investigates, develops, and implements sessions for e-learning such as online “webinars”, eLearning, and technical awareness/knowledge transfer sessions. Identifies learning objectives, conducts research in the subject area, and formulates the class content by applying learning research and theory.

Makes decisions surrounding the development of training material including content, related handouts and follow-up material.
- Conducts needs assessment to determine the best approach for LXP training program. Analyzes data to design, develop, and update LXP training as needed.
Instructional Design:
- Work with internal and external subject-matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop a variety of content as assigned by COE Director.
- Uses best practices for instructional design.
- Determines modality for training based on user needs and SMEs expectations.
- Provides ways in which to evaluate impact of trainings to those facilitating the content.
- Solicits and procures vendors as needed.
