Learning Consultant-100% Virtual – job

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Learning Consultant to join our team and support our training initiatives for Flight Attendants and Pilots. As a consultant, you will work closely with our subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop engaging eLearning courses, applying Adult Learning Theory principles and innovative approaches to make learning enjoyable and effective. Your expertise and mentorship will be crucial in creating impactful learning experiences for our team members.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in blended learning Instructional Design / eLearning Development, specifically with expertise in technical/systems content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and develop interactive eLearning courses and materials.
• Apply Adult Learning Theory principles to ensure the effectiveness and engagement of the learning content.
• Utilize creative thinking to turn learning into an enjoyable and interactive experience, employing techniques such as gamification.
• Develop facilitator guides, quizzes, and other supporting materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Support the creation of new hire training programs for Flight Attendants and Pilots, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

• Ability to develop rapid learning materials, including system demonstrations, that effectively convey complex concepts in a concise and engaging manner.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage projects according to tight timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule; proactive communication and driving project progress will be essential.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices.
• Strong skills in Articulate 360.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field preferred.

Duration: 4-5 months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: 100% virtual

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
