    You will be responsible for…
    • Developing course templates based on instructional design principles such as ADDIE.
    • Assist in developing product and skills training programs and support materials to include but not limited to
    • CBT/eLearning
    • Instructor Manuals
    • Visual Components
    • Storyboards
    • Participant Materials
    • Maintain and update existing training materials as needed
    • Consult with Learning and Development Manager, HR Director, VP Office of Continuous Improvement, business units and subject matter experts to identify and define training objectives and other training needs and deliverables
    • In partnership with Learning and Development Manager, participate in project plans to help identify training opportunities
    • Provide updates on training projects to proactively identify risks for delays or other issues using a project plan template
    • Ensure all training materials are loaded into a SharePoint Learning and Development page and the Learning Management System (ADP)
    • Maintain and update training calendar
    • Consult on modifications required in subsequent training offerings or simulations
    • Facilitate and execute training deliverables
    • Schedule and facilitate Beta and Train the Trainer sessions
    • Conduct training audience analysis to determine skills and objectives are effective, and make accommodations and changes as needed to ensure understanding
    • Confer with management and departments to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training for employees to better understand changes in culture, policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies with emphasis on member products, services and compliance
    • Provide training data as needed to HR Director, Learning and Development Manager, VP of Office of Continuous Improvement and other Senior Leadership
    • Recommend and provide training resources for career development plans

    What experience you’ll bring to us
    • High School Diploma / GED
    • College degree or other certification in Instructional Design, Talent Development, or Learning and Development is ideal but not required.
    • Minimum 3-5 years as an instructional curriculum developer and facilitator required
    • Previous experience using the ADDIE model strongly preferred
    • Strong organizational and planning skills required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    • Experience using a Learning Management System required
    • Experience in authoring tools such as iSpring, Lectora, Captivate, or other authoring tool required
    • Mastery level experience in using MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
    • Experience with graphics software and programs
    • Ability to build relationships and engage with all levels of management
    • Desire to continuously learn and execute new technologies and trends as they relate to Learning and Development
