Instructional Designer Remote Job

We are partnering exclusively with a non-profit client to identify an Instructional Designer to join their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in updating eLearning content, creating job aids, and managing administrative tasks such as uploading courses to the LMS. The ideal candidate will be adept at following established workflow processes to update training materials and address training-related issues, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments.

Start Date: Mid-October, with interviews commencing as soon as possible
Duration: 1 year, with potential for extension
Hours: 10 hours per week, with occasional increases; must be available during standard business hours for meetings
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Extensive instructional design experience
• Proficiency in developing content across multiple modalities
• Experience with Articulate 360, InDesign, and Photoshop (a personal subscription is ideal)
• Familiarity with Captivate 2019 (must be comfortable creating courses, advanced proficiency not required)
• Ability to edit PDFs and create fillable forms
• Must be comfortable following processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The pay range for this is $45.00 to $50.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
