About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Development Specialist to join our team in supporting a position for a bid.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web-enabled training courseware, videos, and joint knowledge products.
• Produce high-quality and accurate training materials based on SME-approved storyboards.
• Serve as a technical expert in computer-generated SCORM-compliant eLearning content.
• Develop courseware using development authoring tools such as Adobe Suite, Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.
• Apply knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective courseware.
• Combine graphics, video, voice, and production techniques to deliver training materials for use on the web.
• Gather information from clients and translate instructional objectives into effective courseware.

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing eLearning content and using various authoring tools.
• Knowledge of SCORM compliance and multimedia production techniques.
