    CACI is seeking experienced and collaborative junior-level Instructional System Designers (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll review Lesson Design Strategies (LDS) and build On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS).


    Responsibilities:

    • Review Government Furnished Information.
    • Support meetings with Subject Matter Experts and ISDs.
    • Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
    • Review lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards for the On-Screen Lessons (OSL).
    • Build performance-based Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT) lessons using eLearning development software .


    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
    • 0-3 years of related work experience.
    • Experience working with media and designing screen layouts.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
    • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.


    Desired:

    • Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
    • Experience with using either Merge, Manage, Modernize E-learning Development (MELD), Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other eLearning development software.
    • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Active Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

    Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $43,900-$87,800
