Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop activity-based virtual webinars and classroom workshops that enable sales staff to use technology-based platforms and practice skills that drive growth
- Design and develop on-demand content, including audio, video, eLearning, presentations, job aids, assessments, role play activities, and performance support aimed at enhancing job performance
- Curate, create, or modify graphic elements to tell a visual story with a professional look and layout
- Use storytelling techniques to frame content within a salesperson’s context and create meaning
- Write conversational, concise video and audio scripts
- Lead meetings to analyze needs, gather content, consult, propose solutions, and review work with SMEs and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with sales trainers, business liaisons, SMEs, sales learners, and leaders to ensure a sales learner-focused approach
- Bring new ideas to the table and find innovative ways to approach learning solutions
- Manage 3-4 assigned projects to drive completion
- Use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years demonstrated instructional design experience with instructor-led, classroom, webinar, and eLearning training design
- Advanced visual design and layout skills
- Storytelling skills including audio scripting and editing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with any of the following software: Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in health care
- Experience designing for a sales audience

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
