- Develop and oversee training programs for all RC Willey associates.
- Ensures training objectives align with company values and culture.
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee the LMS with a high degree of accuracy and optimizes usage of the platform.
- Trains associates and managers on the LMS platform.
- Collaborates with department managers on training topics to meet company objectives and ensure all associates are trained properly.
- Designs and oversees training calendar to ensure associates complete the necessary trainings.
- Helps determine appropriate training delivery methods and creates learning in a variety of formats which may include online, eLearning, and on-the-job training tools.
- Communicates and promotes internal training programs and resources.
- Generates and oversees completion reporting related to all trainings.
- Defines metrics and measures to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of live or virtual trainings as requested for stores, distribution centers, and corporate office.
- Contributes to the enhancement of effective orientation and onboarding practices across the organization.

- Must be a self-starter who is motivated, driven, and can work autonomously. We want to trust you to get the job done – we don’t micromanager our team!
- Minimum 2 years of design/development and training experience (preferably 5 years).
- Knowledge of eLearning programs, and/or instructional design software preferred.
- Experience building comprehensive training programs, from concept to implementation to follow-through.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite required.
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, or related field preferred
- Basic Instructional Design Certification is a big plus (but not required)
