Instructional Designer Remote Job

We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a highly skilled Instructional Designer to lead the development of eLearning courses focused on rare genetic diseases, catering to both parents and pharmaceutical companies. Throughout this project, you will evaluate existing courses, collaborate closely with subject matter experts to enhance or develop missing content, and craft engaging eLearning modules.

Start Date: Mid to Late January
Duration: 2 months
Hours: 40 hours per week; must be available during standard business hours for meetings
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Experience in instructional design, demonstrating a proven ability to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Previous experience in creating interactive eLearning content
• Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 or Captivate is essential. You will utilize their own subscriptions for these tools.
• Ability to offer valuable recommendations and implement best practices in instructional design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with clinicians is preferred but not required.

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
