    The Position:
    As a Senior Learning Experience Designer at RPM Living, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of learning experiences for employees at RPM Living’s apartment properties and corporate offices across the country. You’ll use a variety of learning modalities (eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led courses, on-site experiences, and more) to support employee learning in skill areas ranging from sales, maintenance, leadership, and beyond.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop learning solutions ranging from courses, curricula, and programs that meet the needs of an operational environment using a blend of learning modalities such as eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning videos, on-the-job training, and more.
    • Consult with subject matter experts to determine how learning design can best support business needs; recommend and develop solutions that apply adult learning theory to close skill gaps.
    • Use project management skills to manage medium to large-scale content development projects.
    • Continuously improve team learning design standards by staying ahead of industry trends and bringing practices that support learning efficacy, and content development efficiency.
    • Serve as a Learning Management System expert and super-user, maximizing the technology for an optimal learning experience.
    • Develop knowledge assessments to understand learning effectiveness and opportunities. Continually improve content based on assessment results and feedback.
    • Partner with Training Facilitators and Communications team on content deployment strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in instructional design using blended learning methods
    • Deep understanding of adult learning theory
    • Expert in Articulate 360
    • Experience in Vyond, Camtasia, or similar tools
    • Experience analyzing learning related data
    • Proven track record of strong project management skills
    • Experience maintaining a learning management system
    • Experience creating learning solutions for an operational audience is a plus
    • Ability to build collaborative partnerships in a virtual environment
