Instructional designer job

The Instructional designer is responsible for managing 1) creating internal product training through elearnings and training decks 2) consult on internal training needs and different modules that are needed

• Create product training e-learnings in Evolve authoring tool
• Manage learning management system
• Work closely with subject matter experts to develop internal training materials
• Project manage training timelines to create training materials before product launches
• Ad hoc consulting on training design needs for Product Activation team

The position is best suited for someone who is highly organized, proficient in multitasking, and capable of working both independently and on a broader team. Cross-functional experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create product training e-learnings in Evolve authoring tool
  • Ability to independently create e-learning modules
  • Manage internal review process and action stakeholder feedback
• Manage Intellum learning management system
  • Owns management of all elearnings and training materials that need to be hosted in Intellum
  • Ability to pull learner completion reports for internal training
  • Manage content path and activity creation, maintenance, and track stats
  • Manage communication docs, training and misc. resources input as well as maintenance and triage of submitted bugs and relevant escalations
• Ad hoc consulting on training design needs for Product Activation team
  • Create ad hoc training decks to support team needs
  • Consult on the best methodology for training support (e.g., live training, elearning, one-sheeter, etc.)
