- Create elearning courses in partnership with Learning and Development leads and Cubic subject-matter experts
- Review content provided by learning partners and recommend the modality in which training should be presented
- Communicate design decisions and strategies to key learning and business partners
- Develop learning assessments and/or tools to measure learning effectiveness and assist in efforts to monitor/measure training and development program effectiveness
- Design interactive and engaging solutions to meet all learning objectives while applying instructional design and adult learning principles
- Maintain current knowledge of adult learning and instructional design trends
- Create marketing materials (digital and print) to accompany training solution launches/releases
