• Create elearning courses in partnership with Learning and Development leads and Cubic subject-matter experts
• Review content provided by learning partners and recommend the modality in which training should be presented
• Communicate design decisions and strategies to key learning and business partners
• Develop learning assessments and/or tools to measure learning effectiveness and assist in efforts to monitor/measure training and development program effectiveness
• Design interactive and engaging solutions to meet all learning objectives while applying instructional design and adult learning principles
• Maintain current knowledge of adult learning and instructional design trends
• Create marketing materials (digital and print) to accompany training solution launches/releases
