    Instructional Designer

    The Instructional Designer is responsible for revising, creating, and developing content that effectively drives learning and competency development. The Instructional Designer supports teams by delivering engaging training materials that reach adult learners.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree desired.
    • Two – four years of work-related experience required.
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, in-person, virtual, or online teaching practices.
    • eLearning development experience, and familiarity with the technology to implement these changes online using various online learning applications, online course management systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods such as ADDIE.
    • Experience with training in a classroom or virtual setting, eLearning’s, multiple learning technology platforms (examples: LMS Systems)

    Just So You Know:

    Pay Range: $85-$115K

    Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total Rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
