-

Moodle User’s Association is the community arm of the Moodle LMS which enables you to get your favorite features added to the LMS. As an MUA member you can propose and vote for your favorite projects. This month Moodle Users Association will be hosting a special townhall meeting where something new is expected.

As posted on the MUA newsletter, the team has been working on something special for the community over past few months. During the special townhall meeting, the MUA committee is going to announce that. The special townhall meeting is scheduled to be held on July 11, 6 PM UTC onwards.

During the special townhall meeting, Mike Churchward, David Pesce and Brett Dalton will announce about “Major Announcement: Attend to shape the future of the MUA“. Please click on this link to join the Moodle Users Association townhall meeting on July 11.

Apart from the special townhall, MUA newsletter also announces the updates on the Project selected during the July-December 2022 Project Development Cycle – Default setting settings for completion criteria for activities and resources.  The project aims to streamline the process for teachers and content creators by enabling site administrators to establish default Completion criteria values for the entire site.

As per the update the project will be included in the upcoming Moodle 4.3 version. You can check out the progress at the tracker issues here and here.

In addition “Add the Ordering Question Type” is declared as the winner for Project Cycle Jan-Jul 2023.
