    The Training Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans and processes to support the organizations goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of internal and external clients and the organization.
    • Plan, develop, and provide training and development programs, using methods such as classroom training, eLearning, mobile learning, video, meetings and workshops.
    • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
    • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
    • Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
    • Create content through instructional design for training and development.
    • Consult with management/clients and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes and other factors.
    • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
    • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of any training or development programs.
    • Identify quality of workforce as requirements.
    • Provides back-up support for Learning Management Systems.
    Required Skills/Abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
    • Thorough understanding of training processes.
    • Ability to moderate large groups.
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
    • Proficient with Rise360 and Articulate Storyline software.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Strong familiarity with MS Teams meeting platform.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems.
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Learning, Human Resources, Communications or related area required.
    • At least five years of experience in training and instructional design.

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
