Team Profile

Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for the Firm supporting all business applications and end users. ETS provides capabilities for all stages of the firm’s software development lifecycle, enabling productive coding, functional and integration testing, application releases, and ongoing monitoring and support for over 3,000 production applications.

ETS also delivers all workplace technologies (desktop, mobile, voice, video, productivity, intranet/internet) in integrated configurations that boost the personal productivity of our employees. Application and end user services are delivered on a scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure composed of seamlessly integrated datacenter, network, compute, cloud, storage, and database services.

Workplace Support Services (WSS)

The Technology Workplace Support Services (WSS) team provides technology support to the Morgan Stanley end user community. As part of these services, WSS is responsible and accountable for the end to end IT asset lifecycle, from procurement through disposal. It is critical to the Firm that accurate asset recording, inventory and auditing become part of the culture of WSS. This includes the movement and handling of data bearing IT assets between locations and through till disposal.

Candidate(s) will be required to drive operational efficiencies, leverage tools, create dashboards and management reporting, as needed. Candidate(s) may also be required to have flexible work hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Responsibilities

  • Exhibits a passion for process and creativity in partnering with subject matter experts, knowledge managers, and trainers to write, develop, publish, and evaluate learning content.
  • Creates and maintains training material and supplementary content, including one-pagers, facilitator-led curricula, eLearning courses, and on-demand training modules.
  • Works collaboratively across the organization to develop enhanced customer service content.
  • Assists in the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Uses data/reporting to support the management team in identifying trends for continuous improvement, and design content accordingly.
  • Provides administrative support for training functions, including coordinating training sessions.
  • Manages several projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in a shifting environment that requires quick development and implementation.
  • Communicates project status to stakeholder groups.
  • Able to ingest, interpret, and communicate data to effectively drive learning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and general office computing tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate — proficient to advanced level
