    The Honeywell Employee Development team is looking for a Sr. Learning Specialist to deliver on our mission to infuse best in class leadership habits and behaviors within Honeywell employees, providing a robust pipeline of ready now leaders across the company.

    Our team exists to drive and deliver on strategic enterprise learning programs to culture initiatives and leadership development experiences that enhance the Honeywell behaviors across the globe and support succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline.

    The Honeywell Employee Careers Learning and Development Team is looking for a Sr. Learning Specialist to deliver on our mission to develop, deliver, and/or support employees grow in their current role while preparing for the next role. Our team develops and/or supports enterprise Honeywell acumen, function, and professional skills learning and development programs

    We are looking for a team member for a versatile role responsible for designing, facilitating, and program managing scalable, global enterprise learning and development programs. The Senior Learning Specialist will be responsible for managing key partner relationships that may be more complex or involve multiple stakeholder groups.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the design and development of learning solutions using a blended approach that includes instructor led, web-based self-paced, practice and manager coaching guides.
    • Facilitates instructor-led sessions to medium and large audiences, including enterprise and Business Unit-wide sessions
    • Recommends specific training solutions including method and media designed for both immediate and long-term performance improvement
    • Expertly applies adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to:

    o Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and determine root cause

    o Apply appropriate data collection methodologies to needs assessment and evaluation

    o Conduct needs assessments and recommend potential instructional and non-instructional solutions

    o Develop measurement strategies for learning programs

    o Implement robust digital learning strategy to drive leader performance effectiveness

    o Develop project plans including resources and timelines and control project progress and quality of work to come in on time


    MUST HAVES:
    • 5+ years of Instructional Design and instructor-led training experience
    • 5+ years of professional work experience

    WE VALUE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience using a learning and Management System (LMS)
    • Experience with virtual classroom training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
    • Experience developing eLearning content (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise)
    • Capable of designing or developing L1, L2, & L3 eCourses
    • Ability to build strong relationships with peers, technology partners, business leaders and executives
    • Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
