    We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales Enablement team, within our Sales Operations organization, you will develop and launch learning experiences that uplevel the capabilities of our sales team to enhance sales culture, and improve productivity. You will also design experiences for Snap Focus, our online learning portal, to help advertising partners, marketing professionals and small businesses continuously expand their expertise in Snap advertising solutions and truly understand the value of Snapchat’s ad platform to their business. The work you do will have a major impact on our external and internal audiences, resulting in revenue growth, new advertiser activation, and higher adoption of new ad products.
    What you’ll do:
    • Analyze, design, develop and implement a variety of learning modalities for internal and external engagement that are measurable, scalable and consistent
    • Apply standard adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to build creative, fun and engaging learning experiences – incorporating scenario-based eLearning, realistic role-play, leader videos, knowledge checks, instructional games, and rich performance support to aid the learning experience
    • Maintain a curation mindset to distill a high volume of information down to the most relevant and impactful learning points, provided in a way that resonates with key audiences
    • Collaborate with internal SMEs to collect and curate content, facilitate version reviews and final QA/approvals of your learning experiences
    • Apply operational rigor to regularly evaluate and refresh existing modules, experiences, and certifications – ensuring content is always accurate, relevant, and accessible
    • Partner with cross functional teams including Sales, Sales Operations, Global Agency, Global Business Marketing, Product, Business Operations, Legal and others
    • Leverage Enablement and Marketing tools to effectively deploy, manage and measure learning experiences
    • Align programs metrics to broader revenue goals and provide regular status reporting or recommendations through regular milestone tracking and post- program retrospectives
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Experience building interactive learning programs, using eLearning authoring tools and/or video/audio production tools, without additional support, from start to finish
    • Experience working with legal and marketing approval channels to ensure all external materials and learnings meet our high standards and brand guidelines
    • Experience adapting information from a variety of sources, without requiring past knowledge or background on the topic, into easy-to-understand learning resources
    • Familiarity with establishing Enablement-related accountability and measurement (e.g., pre/post surveys, knowledge checks, rubric scorecards, written certifications) that prove out program effectiveness and uncover areas of improvement
    • Familiarity working with revenue operations teams to pull reports and help design dashboards for effective analysis of platform data that will be presented to stakeholders
    • Strong project management experience, with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results against aggressive deadlines, as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor
    • Deep subject matter expertise with digital media sales and advertising/marketing principles
    • Adept at building and delivering equally engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning
    • Proven experience in designing instructional learning programs (portfolio may be requested)
    • Experience with authoring tools native to Intellum and Evolve & managing their LMS platforms
    • Familiarity with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Canva and other authoring/design tools
    • Comfortable editing existing creative elements and taking on basic design work without support
    • Experience with localization processes and working with localization vendors
    • HTML design/editing experience
    • Instinct to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
    • Track record of managing and delivering multiple tasks efficiently, effectively and on time
    • Well organized and thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to network/develop trusting relationships with sales, and to collaborate globally with numerous cross-functional teams
    • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
    • Adaptive and rapid learner with a hunger for new information and the drive to put it in action
    • Good blend of technical and creative dexterity, a positive attitude and ability to make learning fun
    Minimum qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education Marketing or related field
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications, education, or related field, or equivalent work experience
    Compensation
    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
    • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC)

      : The base salary range for this position is $145,000 – 210,000 annually.

    • Zone B

      : The base salary range for this position is $138,000 – 200,000 annually.

    • Zone C

      : The base salary range for this position is $123,000 – 179,000 annually.

    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
