    Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Program Manager to join our Learning & Development Team, helping to develop engaging, effective, and innovative learning solutions for Applied Systems leadership and its employees. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating and designing programs across the organization while executing both self-paced eLearning and instructor-led programs.
    What You’ll Do
    • Develop, design, and execute targeted learning solutions aligned with crucial talent development and business strategies
    • Facilitate engaging training programs both virtually and in-person that contribute to employee growth, development, and business impact
    • Assist with performing learning needs assessments, surveys, and focus groups
    • Design and build interactive aspiring leaders and leadership programs
    • Design, build and maintain facilitation guides and training materials
    • Assist with training related projects and initiatives as needed
    • Stay up to date with L&D Industry trends and best practices to enhance learning offerings
    • Be comfortable and skilled with leaders and team interventions
    • Constantly think of new ways to improve all things talent, including but not limited to the employee experience, functional training, career development, leadership development, continuous learning, performance management
    • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate manager or management team
    What You’ll Need to Succeed
    We’re looking for someone who:
    • Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office
    Must Have:
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Outlook in particular) with an ability to learn new technical systems as needed
    • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with both soft skills and functional training
    • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude, and thorough knowledge of training development process
    • Ability to work with leaders and senior leadership
    • Skilled at working with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
    • Ability to evaluate and research training content and establish achievable learning outcomes
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
