    As a key leadership member in the Oracle NetSuite Global LCS Content Team, this position is responsible for the overall performance and direction of our Digital Production Team and associated eLearning programs. This critical role is accountable for collaboratively driving innovative eLearning solutions that transform how NetSuite’s customers, partners, employees, and other learners are educated to best understand, configure, and use NetSuite products. This position will lead a team of Curriculum Developers in the development, production and maintenance of eLearning solutions that allow for the successful configuration and use of NetSuite’s software based on recommended best practices. The successful candidate will seek creative ways to provide an exceptional learner experience throughout their learning journey.

    This role will also work to ensure seamless team management and development across our global locations. This role will provide guidance and coaching to the team, ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area as well as talent development.

    This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with team leadership experience to grow and further develop proven eLearning programs. The Director, eLearning Production will be in a unique position to help develop learning solutions that have a direct impact on a learner’s ability to drive value from NetSuite. This role will report directly to, and receive direction from, the Senior Director of LCS Global Content.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with business partners, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate those into eLearning solutions that drive value
    • Develop learning strategies that ensure alignment with the organization’s core values and objectives
    • Foster effective partnership between Instructional Designers, Curriculum Developers, Curriculum Product Leads, and Production team to ensure the creation of effective learning solutions
    • Lead the development of templates, standards, and graphics to enable rapid development while creating a consistent, and engaging learning experience
    • Guide program and participant success; investing in the success of the team and going above and beyond to mentor the team
    • Collaborate across teams to scope project requirements, including suggested milestones, timelines, resources, goals, and constraints
    • Ensure timely, high-quality course development and updates to defined Education Services standards
    • Work across teams to ensure seamless release management coordination and communication
    • Set individual and team goals that align with our organizational objectives, and handle team management and personnel responsibilities
    • Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creativity, and broadcast of program results
    • Work effectively and cross functionally across the organization, earning trust and building relationships throughout
    • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to measure performance and drive success
    • Evangelize a culture of lifelong learning
    • Stay current with trends, research, and best practices in eLearning development
    • Strive for continuous growth and improvement by being agile, curious, a fast learner, and passionate about taking on big challenges with the ability to manage ambiguity and deal with uncertainty
    • Provide regular status updates of the team’s progress to Senior Leadership

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
    • Excellent people skills, including successful experience managing people or groups
    • A talent for bringing out the best in others, and helping them learn, grow, and succeed
    • Proven success leading an online learning \ L&D department or function, preferably in the software industry
    • Familiarity with experiential learning, gamification, and emerging trends in online learning
    • Experience leveraging tools to drive measurable results
    • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to online learning
    • Virtual learning expertise
    • Ability to craft communications that motivate engagement, commitment, participation, and action across functions and levels
    • Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously
    • Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing
    • Experience in digital education and online course development in various learning management systems
    • Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level
