    The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator provides technical leadership of the Talent and Development team’s LMS. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and other resources managed by the T&D team in the LMS.

    • Work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS
    • Upload and test new learning content (eLearning modules, documents, etc.), edit and revise existing content as needed
    • Understand existing content and make learning recommendations based on identified needs
    • Build out curriculum and programs as needed
    • Accurately pull and manage reports, provide data analysis as needed
    • Make LMS use and content recommendations based on search patterns, user experiences, etc.
    • Respond to and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues and other related items
    • Manage training rosters and user transcripts
    • Collaborate with the HRIS team to resolve learner issues in a thorough and timely manner
    • Coordinate with the Ed and Development team on LMS maintenance and usage as needed
    • Use analytics to assess the impact of learning
    • Advanced computer skills such with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.). Coding skills preferred.
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience (Cornerstone) preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
    • Superior customer service of both internal and external customers
    • Superior organization and time management skills
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks without making errors
    • Processes the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change
    • Strong data entry skills

     

    Job Requirements – Education/Experience

    Education: Bachelors degree Adult Learning technology or related field. In lieu of a bachelors degree, 3 additional years of experience in relevant LMS management and adult learning technology is required.

    Experience: 3 years of experience in LMS management, Adult learning technology and content management experience

     

    This role will pay up to $56K yearly base. This role has the following employment benefits:
