Your Role:

We are seeking a top performing pivotal asset to the team in a LMS Platform Manager and Digital Learning Specialist. The LMS Platform Manager leads and drives the future of our global platform including creation of world class eLearning solutions for commercial teams within the Life Sciences space, consistent with industry leading, innovative approaches.

The individual in this role:

• Leads the Docebo-based Life Science commercial learning platform (M-Academy), including overall governance as well as key collaborator and commercial partner relationship management (e.g IT , Platform Vendor )
• Drives the development and implementation of a strategic roadmap for learning platform enhancements and expansion
• Uses knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, substantial, and dynamic end-user experience in close collaboration with internal team members
• Works directly with functional leaders to analyze business needs, determine required sales force competencies, and identify gaps between ideal and actual capabilities and performance
• Possesses a portfolio of digital training solutions involving sophisticated, technical, scientific content to meet the diverse spectrum of learners, ideally in a commercial life sciences environment
• Designs and implements role specific curricula and content for technical learning and development programs aligned with the strategies of the commercial organizations
• Drives execution of eLearning modalities using content development and authoring tools with expert level proficiency of e.g. Camtasia, Captivate, Storyline, Articulate 360 (Rise), Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintains a deep understanding of learning industry trends specifically focused on digital transformation to drive enhancements in the learning experience/impact of training programs

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences (Biotech or related field) and/or Learning and Development (Masters or Ph.D. preferred )
• Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in managing a Learning Management System
• Minimum 3+ designing and developing eLearning solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing learning platforms preferred including back-end technical proficiency, HTML, mobile apps and digital trends on customer experience
• Ability to identify gaps and opportunities for platform and process enhancements
• 3+ years in Life Science and/or Applied industries, with solid understanding of customer segments, workflows, key techniques, and applications. Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), facilitation, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
• Confirmed project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills and ability to gain consensus across diverse partners with proven ability to work in team environment; includes ability to work with geographically remote teams and partners
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with a CRM (SFDC preferred), Microsoft Office 365 platform, as well as software applications for video editing (Camtasia, Articulate)
• Fluent in English required, and another European language would be preferred (French, German)
• Ability to travel up to 20%
