    The Learning team at JPMorgan Chase is on a multi-year journey to radically transform how we develop and deliver learning to our employees. In order to drive proactive, skills-based learning strategies across the enterprise, we’re re-organizing learning delivery into various ‘Skills Academies.’ This approach emphasizes the importance of developing specific skills through scalable solutions across our lines of business and functions. Within each Skill Academy, our vision is for multi-modal learning to be organized into relevant learning domains that will ultimately streamline access to domain-specific learning content, improve the employee experience, and drive tangible business impact.

    JPMC Operations Academy was created as part of a strategic initiative designed to develop and retain talent, and accelerate the application of skills required to support strategic priorities of our operations businesses.

    In this role, your mission will be to devise, lead and execute our global line of business learning strategy that emphasizes our learning culture and drives employee’s engagement with learning. We operate in an Agile development environment, constantly striving for improvement, fast iterations, data-centric decisions, and collaboration across the franchise. You will report to our head of operations learning, working in close partnership with business leadership and Human Resources.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Devise and execute learning strategy for the business.
    • Partner with senior leaders and customer-aligned HR leaders to identify the learning needs of the organization and subsequently prioritize and develop targeted solutions.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset, where skill progressions is top of mind for the organization.
    • Oversee the design and delivery of best-in-class training programs that go beyond traditional classroom and eLearning, including work simulations, gamification, learning in the flow of work, AI & LLM content generation etc.
    • Be data-obsessed and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the academy and identify areas for improvement to enhance the learning experience.
    • Ensure the organization benefits from the best input from external and internal sources on learning modalities, techniques and providers.
    • Measure outcomes and evaluate business impact of solutions; learn and iterate to continually improve and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Collaborate with the Learn Product teams to inform potential enterprise-wide enhancements, priorities, and advance learning experience that support workforce skills and developmental needs of today, and the future.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to learning and development.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

    • Extensive experience in, Professional Services; Consulting; Employee Experience ; Talent Engagement; project experience in Human Resources/Learning Development space.
    • Creative visionary with a passion for learning and professional development with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
    • Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management.
    • 10+ years of experience in learning and/or talent development with Inclusive leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate and build strategic relationships, in a highly matrixed organization at all levels.
    • Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
    • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning methodologies, including: learning in the flow of work, building a healthy learning culture, accelerating in-demand skill development, and removing friction from consuming learning.
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Role may require domestic travel
