    Our Learning Experience Specialist will be part of a leading-edge learning strategy team responsible for the creation of blended-learning solutions and transformational strategies that align with the strategic objectives of Astreya Programs and their top key clients.
    This role will primarily focus on content development, storyboarding, blended learning design, and enhancing a diverse array of learning solutions for the purpose of improving the performance of employees within functional groups of Astreya.
    The focus of this work is designing and developing learning and practicing experiences in support of multiple positions for all functions across the organization. This role creates engaging learning activities and interactive course content that attracts, develops and retains valued employees. Through consultative relationships with key stakeholders, this role will assess and develop learning content requirements and conduct needs assessments. This role has primary accountability of determining the proper blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and eLearning training to be used in a given solution that supports the overall Learning strategy within the organization.

    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine learning objectives and target audience.
    • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials.
    • Create a comprehensive curriculum or learning framework.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize relevant content.
    • Design user-friendly interfaces for seamless navigation and accessibility.
    • Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
    • Implement assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness.
    Your Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develops a consultative relationship with key stakeholders and subject-matter-experts to assess and develop learning content requirements.
    • Partners with Program Management and subject matter experts to identify new learning needs, map them to the appropriate competencies, obtain source information and validate courseware content.
    • Coordinate with internal partners to develop assessments to measure learning impact.
    • Coordinate implementation of the newly developed curriculum with internal customers.
    • Participate in creation of engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of performance.
    • Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
    • Determine the proper blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and eLearning training to be used in a given solution.
    • Design and develop innovative learning methodologies such as case studies, engaging stories, motivating scenarios and gamification to reflect the content, audience, and business needs.

    Requirements:
    • Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
    • Experience with UX design of complex workflows
    • Experience with projects using a human-centered design, Design Thinking and agile approach
    • Experience designing experiences suitable for deployment in remote delivery training tools such as Class.com, GoToMeeting, LiveMeeting, Adobe Connect, Zoom, or WebEx
    • Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or Learning Management Systems (LMS) highly desired
    • Experience working with cross functional partners and content SMEs, especially within Product, Platform & Integrations, Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and eLearning Authoring Tools, such as Articulate Rise 360, Evolve, Captivate, etc. to author learning content or similar
    • Experience with corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS) like 360Learning, Cornerstone, Skilljar, Thought Industries, TalentLMS, Lessonly, etc or similar
    • Knowledge of design tools such as Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, and Dreamweaver
    • A minimum of 3 years of direct work experience developing solutions using digital course authoring tools, development software and related programs (i.e., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Loom, Prezi, Adobe Premier, Canva, etc.) required
    • Experience with designing and developing emerging learning experiences including Virtual Realtiy/Augmented Reality, adaptive learning, game-based learning and immersive scenario-based learning as well as utilizing other authoring tools
    • Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as Miro, Lucid, Figma, etc.
    • Experience designing modern learning modalities/channels such as: ILT, VILT, simulations, case studies, experiential learning, micro learning, videos, infographics, etc.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
    • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
    • Strong attention to detail, creative solutions, and analytical skills required
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work within a collaborative environment
    • Willingness to take initiative, without waiting for direction
    • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint design, Excel and Word skills
    • Ability to pay attention to metrics, detail, and quality of output
    • Results oriented and deadline driven
    • Excellent English language skills
    • Familiarity with voiceover technology
    Salary Range

    $31.29 – $48.46 USD (Hourly)

    • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives – none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
    • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
