Gerent is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to help us design and develop exceptional learning solutions for our team members. Working closely with business experts and program managers you will identify training needs, define objectives, and use your knowledge of human-centered design to create engaging and relevant learning solutions. You will be part of the People Operations team whose mission is to cultivate a remarkable workplace where people are motivated and inspired to do great work.
What you’ll do:
Your focus will be on designing assets for our LaunchPad programs to upskill new business analysts, developers, architects and consultants, including:

Designing and developing virtual Instructor-led training (ILT) content, job aides, facilitator guides, resource materials, eLearning or other digital assets

Partnering with internal stakeholders to assess needs and select the most appropriate process, structure, technology, and delivery formats to suit your learning goals

Learning new functionalities and tools in order to better train end users

Developing and cultivating internal relationships with coworkers

Researching & adopting emerging trends in learning methods

Applying best practices based on adult learning theory to meet learning needs

Adopting the end users’ perspectives and bringing that lens to the table when developing learning solutions
What we’re looking for:
-
3-5 years of experience developing learning solutions, preferably in a fast-paced, hybrid, global high-growth technology environment

Extensive writing and/or content development experience.

Proven track record on projects that translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, digestible content.

Experience with applying trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

Passion for innovation and utilizing new L&D technologies

Ability to uncover and translate learning needs into outcomes and objectives

Capacity to manage multiple projects/requests concurrently and prioritize competing tasks

Strong desire for collaboration and teamwork, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships across our growing global teams at all levels

Comfortable with change, thinking outside the box and getting creative as we continue to take our learning solutions to the next level

Ability to work well autonomously, follow through on commitments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is important
