    Baptist Health is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join their Organizational Development Team. This is a work from home position that requires residency in KY, IN, or IL.
    The Learning Experience Designer creates innovative learning solutions that engage employees and drive performance across the organization. This role combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies to produce eLearning, multimedia, and related assets.
    This role will partner cross-functionally to understand business needs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and apply authoring tools and technologies to design impactful learning experiences that provide an exceptional learner journey.
    Essential Functions:
    • Designs innovative learning experiences that engage employees and drive performance.
    • Writes and revises scripts and storyboards as part of the learning experience design process.
    • Designs and develops learning solutions including eLearning, multimedia, and related assets.
    • Conducts needs analysis to define learning needs, objectives, and outcomes.
    • Conducts quality assurance of learning solutions to test functionality and optimize the learning experience.
    • Consults with subject matter experts and stakeholders during the project lifecycle to inform learning solutions.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional team members to guide the implementation and evaluation of learning solutions.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
    • 2+ years experience in instructional design, educational technology or a related field.
    • Proficient in eLearning authoring and multimedia development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond)
    • Proficient knowledge of needs analysis and adult learning theory
    • Proficient knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships to gain insights and buy-in
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
