The MSP Learning Solutions team is looking for an experienced designer to create learning/training content for users of automated/robotics technologies during alpha and beta testing. The typical audience is Operations Associates and Maintenance Technicians, with a secondary focus on Operations Leaders. For each product the LXD supports they determine the audience critical tasks, learning objectives, and delivery method by partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and create learning and training content for Associates, Operational Leaders, and Reliability Engineers that promotes safety and operational effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and share information to inform content development
- Work with product teams and technical SMEs to help design and create effective and engaging end user training
- Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously
- Develop learning materials that support self-directed, instructor led (ILT), virtual (vILT), and hands-on practical training
- Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
- Create and utilize reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transfer
- Drive use of evaluation and performance data to improve learning content

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- • Experience supporting mechatronics, engineering, or other technology related customers
- • 3+ years of program or project management experience
- • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- • Experience managing projects of medium to high scope independently, while working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- • Experience defining and executing against program requirements.
- • Experience with improving team efficiency and improving processes.
- • Experience assessing curriculum effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance.
- • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in instructional design, communication, education, or related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
