    Principal Duties:
    • Play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and measuring talent development programs. This includes conducting needs analysis, developing impactful curriculum and course material consistent with current learning theory, and creating assessment and evaluation instruments that leverage analytics to measure learning effectiveness.
    • Employ design thinking and agile development processes while advocating for new approaches and creative processes.
    • Create and deliver multimedia products including video, audio, and animation.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others.
    • Design and develop a range of learning experiences including:
      • Instructor-led training (ILT); eLearning and blended learning solutions; technical documentation; online learning solutions including websites, social, peer, and distributed; and other innovative learning techniques.
      • Build strong consulting and working relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create project plans, and regularly communicate project update and status.
      • Act as lead instructional designer on small projects with clear outcomes; collaborate with other IDs on large or ambiguous projects.
    Experience:
    • BA/BS degree preferred. Focus on education, communication, or design is a plus.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), video and audio editing suites, and digital product design software.
    • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
    • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred. Familiarity with statistical packages and/or SQL a plus.
    Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
    • Strong consulting and relationship management skills and a track record of delivery and impact.
    • Clear understanding of business needs and sensitivity to differences across various groups.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
    • Knowledge of learning format options and tradeoffs.
    • Ability to deliver in a climate of ambiguity and with changing tools and technical limitations.
    • Experience with HTML, xAPI, LMS and LXP platforms.
    • Work with Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS.
