The role:
The Director of Learning & Development will be responsible for the creation, optimization, maintenance, and delivery of critical learning programs that are strategically aligned with service goals and objectives.
This role will be dedicated to working cross-departmentally to develop highly interactive and impactful content (both Instructor Led and eLearning) that furthers service goals. The role will also include facilitation and content delivery.
Our perfect candidate has:
- Coaching Certification (preferred)
- Experience in service or hospitality-driven organizations (required)
- Experience with instructional design using various LMS platforms and content creation tools (required)
- Comfortable leveraging modern learning management systems and virtual platforms
- Passion for building relationships and creating transformational learning experiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and eye for quality
- The ability to travel for work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
