    Job Title: Learning Content Developer

    Directorate: Learning

    Salary: $61,800

    Location: Maxwell AFB, AL/Hybrid

    Reports to: Jared Peregoy

    Learning Content Developer. The Learning Developer is responsible for the development of learning content for CAP. The position will be constructing learning content for CAP OPR’s on the member and staff side, integrating them into academic spaces such as our learning management system, and assisting in managing learning products.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Demonstrable, practical experience with eLearning authoring and media development tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of forming successful relationships and collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization
    • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office
    • Proactive thinking, constantly seeking improvement opportunities in work, and the ability to simplify complex information
    • Must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of technical experience in creating digital products.
    • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
    • Experience with basic video and graphic editing using Adobe Creative Suite Products.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines
    • Basic understanding and application of HTML/CSS
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
