    As a member of the Product Management team, the Learning and Development Trainer will create and deliver content and programs that inspire our people personally and professionally. We’re looking to build an always-learning culture and growth mindset. This role will collaborate effectively with experts around the organization to ensure learning is timely, impactful, and relevant. The Learning and Development Trainer will drive culture and instill our core values throughout the learning process. This individual will play a key role in identifying and delivering continuous learning opportunities, with management and new hire training at the forefront of these initiatives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

    • Facilitate training to audiences including new hires, individual contributors, and leaders
    • Create new course/content development and improvements to existing resources with input from subject matter experts
    • Prepare compelling, educational material such as module summaries, quizzes, group discussion, WorkforceGo! HCM specific videos etc. leveraging appropriate technology
    • Provide effective consultative guidance and support to leaders and others making training requests that fall outside of existing programs
    • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset communication and interactions with others
    • Conduct trainee evaluations to identify areas of improvement, content retention and team member participation
    • Monitor employee performance throughout the training process and gather feedback regarding training
    • Hold hiring managers to new hire training process for consistent WorkforceGo! HCM new hire training & specific department on boarding of team members
    • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication
    • Capable of working on multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
    • Able to collaborate across departments and show general leadership skills such as negotiation, communication, and team building
    • Able to identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with content, training programs and materials, and to propose potential solutions
    • Strong personal motivation and initiative

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of at least 2 years’ experience in creating performance support materials, classroom training for adult learners, and/or eLearning courseware for software applications
    • Experience working with software environments supporting the training class, using dummy data
    • Communicates effectively to deliver learning in a clear and compelling manner to a wide range of audiences
    • Situational adaptability to match the shifting demands of different situations
    • Collaborates with others by gaining trust and support quickly to meet shared objectives
    • Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Competence using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc..) and Salesforce CRM
    • BS/BA in Business, HR, Finance, or relevant field preferred, but not required
    • Certification (e.g., FPC/CPP/PHR or SMHR) is a plus
    • Proven experience building curriculum and/ or learning based programs

    • Ability to plan, research, design, author, implement, and troubleshoot, product-related learning content
    • Ability to prioritize your work and rapidly switch between priorities, excellent long-term planning, and project management skills
    • Ability to direct self and others to meet project goals and deadlines
    • Ability to work independently, as well as to collaborate with members of a high-performing team
    • Ability to work with subject matter experts to define content development needs and convert information into engaging learning materials
