We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to support our learning programs at DraftKings. In this role, you will support the delivery of manager development programs as well as lead or support company wide and ad hoc learning initiatives for our fast-growing company. You will report into our Talent Development Manager as part of the Learning and Organizational Effectiveness team within our People organization.

What you’ll do as a Learning and Development Specialist:

  • Design, develop and deliver learning materials for all levels of employees to support their development.
  • Collaborate on data-driven and evidence-based learning initiatives that provide actionable solutions for DraftKings employees and leaders.
  • Support the project management & communication of programs, tools, and initiatives globally.
  • Support the planning and delivery of live and virtual learning sessions.
  • Record and evaluate session attendance and assessment scores accurately.
  • Manage vendor relationships, internal usage of learning and coaching platforms, payments and administration for Learning & Organizational Effectiveness team.
  • Opportunity to facilitate and represent the Learning team on training sessions.
  • Partner with other Learning team members, HRBPs and project managers on key initiatives to deliver results towards organizational and People team goals.

What you’ll bring:   

  • Bachelor’s degree, required.
  • 2+ years in Learning & Development, Talent and/or HR program management, preferred.
  • Passion for Learning & Development and demonstrated skills to support designing & delivering engaging content via a wide range of methods.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization and project management skills.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and collaborate and support wherever needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Clear ability to manage many projects autonomously.
  • Thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment where ambiguity and complexity exist.
  • MS Office & G-Suite application acumen, required.
  • Foundational knowledge of e-learning platforms, LMS systems and content-creation tools.  Workday experience, preferred.
  • Preferred: eLearning Content Creation
