Responsibilities
- Recommends, designs, develops, and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
- Prepare and develop learning strategies and programs, including the creation and design of instructional material including job aids, videos, and interactive eLearning content.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule, training sessions, follow up and post training communications using the Sonepeople LMS
- Create and maintain associate development plans working with departmental subject matter experts
- Help increase employee engagement by creating materials, planning training promotional campaigns, and writing informational communications that informs all associates on upcoming training opportunities
- Work with Marketing on communication campaigns and updating/adding content to intranet and other social media as needed
- Provide quarterly training reports outlining completed training, # of training hours, completion status reports, etc.
- Update training documentation, learning plans and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain and update New Manager Guides, New hire Playbooks other learning material as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience
- BS or BA degree in Business, Psychology or other related area
- Organizational skills, with the ability to juggle many different tasks and maintain training schedules, while working within tight deadlines.
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate and coordinate with managers, trainees, and external sources.
- Experienced using social media and the internet to create marketing materials to promote various training offerings.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams).
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS and/or Oracle Taleo LMS desired
