Duties:
- Work with team instructional designer developing training support/content for sales and commercial teams
- Assist with the development of assets for all learning content types and delivery modes.
- Design/develop content for eLearning
- Utilize instructional design methodologies following established process protocols
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Receive feedback and apply revisions provided accordingly
- Content management version control
- Experience working in highly collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to self-edit design work
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and assimilate critical information pertaining to Securitas Healthcare solutions.
- Writing/applying learning objectives to content development (understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy)
- Participate in content review, evaluation and sign off cycles
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience developing adult learning/training content
- Core software skill sets:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Articulate Storyline
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Video/Audio development:
- Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Tech Smith Camtasia
- Adobe Audition and/or Audacity to capture voice over.
- Visual design principles (page layout, infographics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience writing course content (design documents/storyboards)
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Graphic design experience
- Additional Adobe Creative Cloud software skill sets (Character Animator etc.)
- Experience developing content for software, technology or healthcare
