    Overview:

    As a contract Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and creating impactful learning programs that drive learner engagement and success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Using proven instructional design methodologies to plan and design training for adult learners.
    • Designing training in a variety of formats (predominantly eLearning) to meet the needs of the learners and organization.
    • Creating meaningful learning objectives to address identified learning needs.
    • Managing and prioritizing new and ongoing learning projects.
    • Applying your expertise in micro learning principles to create bite-sized, easily digestible modules that empower learners to acquire knowledge efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years’ experience in instructional design
    • 5+ years’ experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
    • Experience designing and developing training for adult learners in a corporate environment
    • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and effective instructional design projects
    • Flawless command of the English language, both written and verbal
    • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for page layout and graphical styles, and ability to create images and graphics that support and enhance learning content
    • Proficiency in micro learning strategies and techniques
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working closely with SMEs to achieve optimal learner outcomes
    • Knowledge of Adult Learning theories
    • Ability to meet aggressive timelines for deliverables, with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
    • Organized with a strong ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects
