    About the Role
    As an Instructional Designer, you’ll be the mastermind behind creating and improving complex instructional design projects that directly impact the performance of our Restaurant Partners and internal operational processes. Reporting to the VP of Ops Experience, your work will be critical in ensuring that our curriculum paths are top-notch, leading to high review and rating scores with our Restaurant Partners and ultimately enhancing our customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our team and help drive our success!

    The impact you will have in your first 90 days:

    • Learn about Nextbite’s mission, values, and understand the company’s goals
    • Build relationships with cross-functional teams
    • Provid feedback to current structure and begin a roadmap to build and implement an innovative new training modality
    • Begin to develop and maintain a consultative relationship with key stakeholders to identify curriculum requirements
    • Seek feedback from direct manager, peers, and partners

    Additional role responsibilities:

    • Determine appropriate training blend (instructor-led, hands-on, eLearning) for a solution
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate courseware content
    • Identify new training needs and map them to appropriate tools/systems
    • Use innovative methodologies (case studies, engaging stories, games) to reflect content, audience, and business needs
    • Coordinate implementation of new curriculum with internal partners and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Evaluate training effectiveness through post-instruction evaluation tools and criteria
    • Recommend training solutions to leadership and actively research innovative tools and technologies

    What you bring to the role:

    • 5+ years experience as an Instructional Designer
    • Instructional Design experience in restaurants, food, or convenience industries
    • Strong focus on creating exceptional client experiences
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Detail-oriented and skilled in project management fundamentals
    • Business-savvy with ability to identify growth opportunities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Google Slides, Asana, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Tableau

    The offered salary range is dependent upon years’ of experience
    In addition to base salary, we offer a 10% annual performance-based bonus
