Instructional Designer remote Job

We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer to develop engaging and impactful eLearning modules for our HR department’s training initiatives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and design visually appealing online learning experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in data interpretation, audience engagement, and instructional design software/tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a 30-minute eLearning module on data interpretation and storytelling.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Design visually appealing and interactive eLearning experiences.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into instructional materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing eLearning modules.
• Strong expertise in data interpretation and simplifying complex concepts.
• Proficiency in instructional design software/tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field preferred.

Location: 100% virtual

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
