    About the Position-

    This role is responsible for handling many of the routine LMS processes including daily maintenance and regular reporting for the Relias Learning Management Systems (LMS). This position will directly impact the Learning & Development team’s ability to provide engaging, efficient, and effective learning solutions to meet our internal business partners’ needs.

    This role will:

    • Produce weekly reports for distribution to the field organization and key stakeholders
    • Perform daily routine maintenance and identify issues to keep LMS processes running smoothly
    • Run ad-hoc data analysis
    • Serve as back up for LMS support including: answering questions, troubleshooting issues, escalating when needed to the appropriate partners for resolution
    • Participate in the planning, communicating, and training of users regarding the learning management system’s usage, updates, and/or any procedural changes
    • Load and QA content onto LMS
    • Collaborate with L&D team members
    In this role you must have:
    • Excellent Excel skills to generate reports or customize data
    • Basic understanding of SQL, able to use MS Access or similar databases
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required
    • Must possess, at a minimum, an Associate’s degree with relevant work experience
    • 1+ years of experience working in a learning management system or other HR related software platforms as an analyst
    • Ability to work in an organized manner, think on your feet and creatively problem-solve issues
    • Self-directed learner
    • Customer service experience a plus
    • Team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
    • Able to understand SCORM 1.2 and 2004 and troubleshoot any problems with content performance in the LMS
    • Basic understanding of eLearning technologies such as AICC/ SCORM, especially how they relate to LMS communication and tracking
    Additional Information
    • Salary: $26-$28/hour; may be eligible for bonus
    • Position Type: Full Time, Employee

    • Schedule: Typical business hours but may vary depending on workload and travel needs – 40 hrs/week
    • Location: Based out of home office and travels to Service Center as needed
