    This position is responsible for consulting and collaborating with internal business owners and Learning & Development (L&D) team to provide the organization with learning solutions (e.g. courses, online activities, videos, and knowledge repositories) and technology (e.g. LMS, collaboration and social tools/applications) to support all employees development and job performance. This position is responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of leadership development programs ensuring they align and support the organizational strategy.

    • Coordinate instructional projects including timeline, strategy, technology use, resources to create user-centered, interactive learning experiences supported by adult learning theory.
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to bring expertise to analyze, design, develop, and implement and evaluate instructional programs to meet performance gaps and that align with organizational strategy.
    • Keep abreast, evaluate, and recommend emerging learning technologies and solutions.
    • Assist in creating eLearning content utilizing authoring technologies, internet design tools, multimedia applications including video (e.g. Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe creative suite, Vyond).
    • Partner with the SumTotal Learn LMS Administrator to create reports, content, notifications, and assignments to advance the L&D product delivery.
    • Make data-driven decisions to evaluate learning solutions, perform usability testing.
    • Create reports, collect and use data to create dashboards for continuous evaluation.
    • Consult with the L&D team and all other business units to identify needs, gaps, and design appropriate solutions and deliverables on schedule.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional System Design, or Instructional Technology
    AND
    Experience: Five (5) years of experience designing learning systems and programs for an organizational system and administering an LMS
    OR
    An equivalent combination (10 years) of education, experience, and/or training.
    License/Certifications/Registrations: Franklin Covey Facilitator, Coaching certifications, Change Management certifications, Project Management certifications, or other related licenses/certification/registrations preferred.
    The salary range for this position is $68,000 – $91,000. Salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity.
