    We are exclusively partnering with our client to find an experienced Instructional Designer specializing in SAP. Your primary role will be to develop comprehensive training materials blending both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions and interactive eLearning modules. You will take the lead on this project, shaping the structure, duration, and engagement levels of each course or module. Rapidly establishing rapport with subject matter experts will be crucial to your success.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven track record in Instructional Design
    • Strong experience in creating Instructor-led Training and eLearning
    • Prior involvement in technical training, specifically in SAP
    • Engaging facilitation background
    • Thorough understanding of Adult Learning Principles
    • Openness to occasional travel
    • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory

    Start Date: Targeting early to Mid-June
    Duration: Approximately 1-year
    Location: Mostly virtual but you will be asked to travel

    The pay range for this is $75.00 to $85.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
