    • Gather bread, peanut butter, jelly, and an appropriate kitchen utensil
    • Open the bread bag or storage container, remove 2 slices of bread, and place face-up
    • Remove the lids of both the peanut butter and the jelly and set them aside
    • Use the selected kitchen utensil to scoop peanut butter from the container and spread it on one slice of bread leaving the peanut butter side face-up
    • Use the kitchen utensil to scoop jelly from the container and spread it on the other slice of bread leaving the jelly side face up
    • Close the sandwich by placing the peanut butter and jelly sides of the bread together and enjoy

    Instructional Designer IIs at Briljent:

    • Gather details by conducting needs assessments
    • Use practices, principles, and adult learning theories to create concise and effective web-based and classroom training deliverables
    • Understand best practices related to accessibility and 508 requirements
    • Are approachable and can communicate and collaborate well with teams, clients, and subject matter experts
    • Can effectively cope with ambiguity and move forward without all the answers in place without becoming distressed

    Requirements:

    Instructional Designer IIs at Briljent do more than just update training materials. To be successful, we are seeking an experienced ID with the following:

    • Experience working in an adult learning environment
    • Experience designing and developing detailed web-based and classroom training deliverables
    • Experience using instructional design models, principles, strategies, and techniques
    • Experience in Agile and Waterfall projects
    • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and SharePoint experience required
    • Experience developing content for a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred
    • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) preferred
    • A bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, technical writing, or a combination of education, training and experience
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field, or equivalent academic and work experience combined
