    Under direction of the Aggie Enterprise CCT Manager, collaborate with subject matter experts in finance, accounting, budget, and procurement and other members of the Aggie Enterprise CCT team to develop curriculums, courses and resources that support users as they adopt and learn to use Aggie Enterprise. This individual will also serve as an Aggie Enterprise instructor and support the administration of Aggie Enterprise curriculums.

    Materials created need to support both online and classroom training and will include, but not be limited to: Job Aids, Self-paced eLearning Courses, Training Videos, PowerPoint Presentations, Instructor Agendas/Guides, and student resources.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Vacation usage by employee may be restricted during peak workload periods as required to meet the needs of the campus. UC Davis is a smoke and tobacco free campus effective January 1, 2014. Smoking, the use of smokeless tobacco products, and the use of unregulated nicotine products (e-cigarettes) will be strictly prohibited on any UC Davis owned or leased property, indoors and outdoors, including parking lots and residential space.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Minimum Education/Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience working with subject matter experts to write, design and produce original training content and curriculum for online and/or instructor led training programs.
    • Experience writing scripts for online courses and/or authoring technical documentation.
    • Professional experience applying adult learning theory, instructional design, and instructional multimedia principles to the development of online and instructor led training materials and resources.
    • Experience presenting information in person and/or virtually to audiences with diverse experience and professional backgrounds.
    • Experience developing PowerPoint presentations designed to deliver training.
    • Experience developing online training courses using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or TechSmith Camtasia.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Preferred Education/Experience:

    • Professional experience developing and/or delivering training to end-users of large-scale enterprise systems.
    • Professional experience developing and/or delivering training in the areas of finance and accounting.
    • Experience with Oracle Financials.
    • Experience producing training videos for software.
    • Experience producing graphics and diagrams for the purpose of teaching and communicating concepts.
    • Experience applying basic graphic design principles to the development of instructional multimedia.
    • Experience working with and adhering to branding and writing style guides.
    • Professional experience producing illustrations, motion graphics, video, and animations using industry standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier, Audition, After Effects, Animate or similar.

    Background Check
