    Uses appropriate instructional design methods to develop and revise training content used for enterprise-wide training and performance development efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works with department leaders and key stakeholders to design and execute interactive courses including self-led programs, instructor-led programs, e-learning, blended learning, multimedia, and compliance training.
    • Collaborates with experienced professionals to ensure course contents and sophisticated concepts are accurate, concise, and clear.
    • Creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content that ensures course retention.
    • Creates training support materials and media such as audio, video, and simulations.
    • Creates engaging role-plays and games to keep trainings interesting to participants.
    • Acts as a mentor and assists others in completing training as needed.
    • Answers questions related to training materials.
    • Performs other job-related activities as requested.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate of Arts in Instructional Design or a closely related field of study required; Bachelor of Science in Instructional Design preferred.
    • 2 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development required.
    • Experience building instructor-led and eLearning trainings required.
    • Experience turning raw source material into visually appealing and engaging learning experiences required.
    • Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.
